Louis Roy is a physician associated with the College des Médecins du Quebec and a member of the special joint committee on medical assistance in dying.
He was testifying that new Canadian government regulation will allow parents or “Tudors” or other intermediaries assigned to newborns who have severe medical disabilities to decide that euthanasia is the humane thing to do for them so that they do not suffer.
In other words, Naomi Wolf states that he is recommending that babies can be killed without even parental permission up to one year of age.
