In Pennsylvania, You Still Can’t Have More Votes Than Voters
Nov 2020 Presidential election in Pennsylvania, secretary of state certified results with 700,000 more votes cast than registered voters who showed up to vote. By Feb 2021 there was still 125,000 more votes than voters.
Pa status says you can not certify election results until there is an audit to explain the discrepancy if there are more votes than voters. So this was an illegal certification for the Nov 2020 election.
