Dear Friends and Supporters,
I want to share a brief update on the ongoing civil retaliation case brought against me by Delaware County and its Board of Elections. As many of you know, this lawsuit — filed under Pennsylvania’s Dragonetti Act, a statute meant to punish frivolous litigation by attorneys — was instead weaponized to retaliate against my lawful election oversight, sworn testimony, and public disclosures.
This case has now spanned over 650 days, three judges, and multiple court cycles, and is finally nearing what appears to be its rightful conclusion — in our favor.
Today, I filed three major documents in response to the County’s latest attempt to avoid accountability:
- Pre-Trial Statement – Confirming readiness to proceed to trial if necessary, while affirming that this case should never have proceeded at all.
- Answer and Opposition to Summary Judgment – Refuting the County’s legal arguments and showing that they have failed to meet even the basic threshold required under Pennsylvania law.
- Motion for Sanctions and Motion to Dismiss – Asking the Court to dismiss the case with prejudice, and to impose sanctions against the County and its attorneys for knowingly advancing a baseless and retaliatory suit. Their own filings now effectively concede they have no facts to support their claims.
This is not the only legal battle we have faced — but it may be the last. Of the four major retaliatory actions filed against me since the November 202 election:
- Savage v. Trump, Giuliani, Stenstrom, Hoopes, et al (a consolidated defamation suit),
- Allen et al v. Newsmax, Gidley, Stenstrom, Hoopes, et al,
- And seven separate sanctions motions seeking hundreds of thousands of dollars in penalties —
We have defeated them all. Every major claim has been dismissed in our favor using “truth is a complete defense.” This final case is now collapsing under the weight of its own falsehoods.
The Court is expected to rule by mid-to-late June. Until then, I remain focused, strategic, and prepared to see this fight through to finality.
Your continued support helps keep this effort sustainable and independent. I am grateful for your encouragement, prayers, and partnership.
Thank you for standing with me.
Semper Fi,
Gregory Stenstrom
